MEP

Our in-house MEP capability supports projects from technical design through to installation and commissioning. Led by experienced mechanical and electrical engineers, the team delivers fully coordinated mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems that integrate seamlessly within the wider fit-out programme. A strong emphasis is placed on coordination, compliance, reliability and long-term operational performance, ensuring building systems support both user comfort and operational efficiency.
Joinery
We operate a dedicated in-house joinery facility in Ras Al Khaimah, supported by a highly skilled carpentry team. This allows full control over quality, programme and detailing from design development through to fabrication and installation. We manufacture custom-made joinery across a wide range of applications, delivering bespoke solutions with consistent attention to craftsmanship, accuracy and durability.

From authority approvals and procurement to site coordination and handover, the focus is on managing risk, maintaining programme integrity and ensuring clear communication between all stakeholders. Design
RK Gulf’s in-house design team supports projects from early concept through detailed documentation and technical coordination. Working closely with clients, consultants and delivery teams, designs are developed with buildability, material performance and long-term usability in mind.
